If there is an issue with your order, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

We may offer a replacement, reprint, or other appropriate solution for verified production or fulfillment issues, including:

Custom Order Notice

Because DTF transfers are custom-made specifically from the artwork, dimensions, quantities, and specifications submitted with your order, returns, refunds, or complimentary reprints generally do not apply to customer-submitted errors or changes requested after production has started.
