Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully received.

Custom-made products, including Custom DTF Transfers, DTF Gang Sheets, and Custom UV DTF Transfers, may require additional production time before shipment.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping availability, rates, and delivery options may vary depending on the destination, product type, package size, and order weight.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping costs may vary depending on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

Any available free-shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout when the order qualifies.

Custom DTF Orders

Custom products require production before shipment.

This includes products such as:

  • Custom DTF Transfers

  • Custom DTF Gang Sheets

  • Custom UV DTF Transfers and Stickers

  • Other personalized or made-to-order products

Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimated shipping or delivery information provided at checkout should be reviewed before placing your order.

DTF Supplies & Consumables

In-stock products such as DTF film, DTF ink, DTF powder, and other DTF consumables are generally processed within our standard processing timeframe.

Some products may have special transportation requirements or carrier restrictions. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Equipment & Heavy Items

Heat press machines, printers, and other large or heavy equipment may require special shipping arrangements.

Shipping rates and delivery times for oversized products may differ from standard parcel shipments.

Customers should inspect equipment shipments promptly upon delivery and contact DESCECI as soon as possible if there is visible shipping damage.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact DESCECI as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact DESCECI with your order information and relevant photos when applicable.

We will review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps based on the circumstances and carrier information.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages or from different fulfillment locations.

If this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number.
